Project Sleep is passionate about educating decision-makers and advancing progress through public policy and advocacy efforts. By elevating the voices of individuals facing sleep-related issues and leveraging policy expertise, we are helping to improve outcomes for people across America.

Become a Rising Voices trained speaker and share your story to raise awareness! People with narcolepsy, idiopathic hypersomnia, sleep apnea, and other sleep disorders improve public understanding of sleep disorders through public speaking.

Sleep Apnea: Let’s Face It! is a campaign to shatter stereotypes and showcase real faces of people living with sleep apnea. People with sleep apnea, supporters, clinicians, researchers, and community members are encouraged to raise awareness and share your connection to the cause.

Established by 24 patient advocacy organizations across 6 continents in 2019, World Narcolepsy Day unites the international narcolepsy community annually on September 22. Together, we can reduce delays in narcolepsy diagnosis, reduce stigma, and improve outcomes.
