Rachel Nesmith is a wife, mother, and speaker. She was diagnosed with narcolepsy in February 2002 and considers herself a real Superhero. As a Rising Voices of Narcolepsy trained speaker, she is sharing her story to raise awareness and reduce the stigma of this misunderstood neurological condition.

The Rising Voices of Narcolepsy Story Sharing Series invites viewers to gather online to watch a Rising Voices of Narcolepsy trained speaker or writer present their story live via Project Sleep’s Facebook page. Project Sleep is proud to offer our monthly series every other week for the next few months. At a time in which many people need connection more than ever, this will increase opportunities for people around the world to engage with and support one another.
