On May 16, 2019, Sheila Coutts gave her Rising Voices of Narcolepsy presentation to sixty kids in total over three sessions for Mental Health Day at George P. Vanier in Fall River, Novia Scotia.

Sheila Coutts is a retired pediatric nurse with an interest in health education and wildlife rehabilitation. She was diagnosed with narcolepsy after 25 years of symptoms. As a trained Rising Voices of Narcolepsy speaker, she is sharing her story to educate others and help bring sleep disorders to the mainstream of society and medicine.
