About Liesel:

Liesel Mitchell is a coffee-loving conversationalist and researcher/writer from Aotearoa, New Zealand. She has lived with type 1 narcolepsy with cataplexy since she was 15, and wants to start conversations in Aotearoa about this “invisible” neurological condition. Liesel is excited to raise awareness through Project Sleep’s Rising Voices program, and to share the many positive insights she has gained from managing life with narcolepsy.
Cursive writing with gold sun - like bursts around it.
