Please join us for the international Sleep In 2020 (#SleepIn2020) over the weekend of March 13-15, 2020, to raise awareness about sleep and sleep disorders during Sleep Awareness Week (March 8-14).
Our sixth annual Sleep In 2020 is an awareness and fundraising event taking place IN YOUR BED! We challenge YOU to stay in bed for 12 – 48 hours to “make peace with sleep” and invite your friends and family to get involved.
