Sleep In 2019: Record-Setting Slumber Party!

THANK YOU to all our participants and supporters who helped make the fifth annual Sleep In 2019 (#SleepIn2019) our best yet! Over the weekend of March 8-10, 2019, Project Sleep challenged individuals to stay in bed for 12-48 hours to raise critical awareness about sleep health and sleep disorders while also raising funds to support Project Sleep’s mission.

Taking place in conjunction with the National Sleep Foundation’s Sleep Awareness Week and Suddenly Sleepy Saturday, the Sleep In 2019 rallied over 120 people and 26 teams together across 8 countries and 35 U.S. states.

Participants pledged an incredible 1,420 hours in bed.

Fundraisers and donors raised an awe-inspiring $10,000 to support Project Sleep!

Participants were located in Australia, Canada, Germany, Myanmar, New Zealand, Tunisia, Turkey, and USA.

On Saturday evening, DJ Fe spun fresh tunes during the GLOW Dance Party broadcast to participants’ bedrooms around the world via Facebook Live. On Sunday morning, @CPAP Babes woke us up with mimosas and CPAP education via InstaLive.
